Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Korhan Türkol kicked off to start the match. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vágner Loyola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 12th minute of the match. Esteve Vistruario made in the 13th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Ecuador's Felix Montenegro. After having played for 14 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. In the 18th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vágner Loyola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vágner Loyola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After 22 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vágner Loyola was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 41st minute Korhan Türkol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Vágner Loyola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Korhan Türkol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s Mai Hong Zhen was substituted for Leopoldo Frances. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vágner Loyola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Primitivo Andino made in the 54th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Daniel Zorita. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vágner Loyola having to interfere. ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s Clemente Sindo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Primitivo Andino in the 61 minute of the game. After 61 played minutes ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Sindo. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Korhan Türkol came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Korhan Türkol's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 72nd minute, Ermanno Cinalli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s Korhan Türkol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Korhan Türkol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 78 minutes into the game, Osmar Pereira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. A collision led to ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡ getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Osmar Pereira hit a great ball. Vágner Loyola made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. In the 81st minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vágner Loyola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Korhan Türkol in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vágner Loyola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 85th minute of play. Mai Hong Zhen kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Andino to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 98 minutes, Korhan Türkol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ≡≡ SOMOS ARGENTINA ≡≡'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Korhan Türkol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
