Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mariano Lacasa took the kick off in the first half of the match. MarineerS FK's John Antolin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Felix Garrido, made in the 9th minute of the game. 14 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnoldo Leicea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to MarineerS FK getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Valentin Rydberg hit a great ball. After some careless play in the MarineerS FK defense, Mariano Lacasa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnoldo Leicea. The MarineerS FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnoldo Leicea should have stopped the shot. 24 minutes into the match, MarineerS FK's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Arnoldo Leicea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezmi Gök in the 26th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 minutes, Cezmi Gök made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Chile's Thiago Pliego tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnoldo Leicea having to make a save. 34 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Cezmi Gök came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Leicea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Alan Tamayo hit a great ball. Valentin Rydberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Valentin Rydberg sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentin Rydberg got free with Thiago Pliego in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When Derviş Akçınar fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MarineerS FK's protests and gave Derviş Akçınar a yellow card for diving instead. Derviş Akçınar kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. MarineerS FK's Arnoldo Leicea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 57th minute of play. Arnoldo Leicea came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. MarineerS FK made a substitution. Žydrūnas Pauža replaced Cezmi Gök. Arnoldo Leicea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 69th minute. Mariano Lacasa scored 1-4 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnoldo Leicea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Žydrūnas Pauža in the 74th minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Žydrūnas Pauža came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute Chile were awarded a corner. Mariano Lacasa went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Mariano Lacasa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arnoldo Leicea quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind MarineerS FK's goalkeeper Arnoldo Leicea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mariano Lacasa succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-5 in the 89th playminute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chile walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
