Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Pedro Mech could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Övertorneå RK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Harry Almqvist in the 7th minute. Harry Almqvist made a great header on Övertorneå RK's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. After 9 minutes, Saverio Matthew made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Vilgot Palmquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 11th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Övertorneå RK's Vilgot Håkansson got a free kick in the 12th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Asplund in the 14th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the game, Gökcan Hürmetli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rigoberto Mina hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, Saverio Matthew left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Övertorneå RK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After a rather tough play, Övertorneå RK's Vilgot Håkansson got a free kick in the 30th minute. Vilgot Palmquist came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Venezuela's Tomas Illescas. But to his dismay, Tomas Illescas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Harry Almqvist took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Albin Asplund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. 38 minutes into the match, Albin Asplund dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 5-1. In the 41st minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute Saverio Matthew shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Saverio Matthew's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Övertorneå RK's Vilgot Håkansson got a free kick in the 56th minute. Albin Asplund charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albin Asplund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Albin Asplund hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Asplund in the 68th minute of play. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vilgot Håkansson hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. With his leg Vilgot Palmquist managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Venezuela's Tomas Illescas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Matthew, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulf Zachrisson in the 87th minute of play. The supporters of Övertorneå RK booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the match, Övertorneå RK's Harry Almqvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Övertorneå RK booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Övertorneå RK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
