Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matheus Queirós's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Genaro Abendano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Genaro Abendano came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 11th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 14th minute of the match, Ender Yalçın got a very nice opportunity to score, but Julio Vera was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ender Yalçıns short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Julio Vera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 28th minute of play forced RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's goalkeeper Genaro Abendano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Felix Montes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Genaro Abendano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Edwin Romaza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 37th minute of play forced RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's goalkeeper Genaro Abendano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's Julio Vera threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ender Yalçın, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Abendano having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Genaro Abendano made a huge save. Juan Sebastián Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matheus Queirós in the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, RomoLerouX UniteD UXX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ender Yalçın to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute, RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 64 minutes into the match, RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's Matheus Queirós sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 66 minutes into the match, RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's goalkeeper Genaro Abendano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Andino. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Genaro Abendano in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcos Salazar charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcos Salazar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when RomoLerouX UniteD UXX was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Salazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX made a substitution. Urre Villoria replaced Villagra Hualde. In the 71st match minute, RomoLerouX UniteD UXX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Salazar to maneuver through the defense. Genaro Abendano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the match, Ender Yalçın notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's Diego Quintianan was substituted for Edgardo Hilari. 85 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Matheus Queirós came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Primitivo Andino charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Primitivo Andino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Primitivo Andino got a free kick in the 90th minute. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matheus Queirós in the 91st minute of play. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX were awarded a corner in the 92th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edwin Romaza took the corner. After taking down the ball on RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's corner Edwin Romaza fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. Ecuador were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing RomoLerouX UniteD UXX to leave the ground with a draw.
