Benedykt Perkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sébastien Frey having to interfere. Cristian Ieltxu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zula Kosiorek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Radowit Ogrodowicz lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Sébastien Frey. Sébastien Frey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yan Chen Yan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When TORQUE F.C.'s Cristian Ieltxu in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Norbert Blicharz made in the 26th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Donald Voldfrom. The attack was good, but when Cristian Ieltxu in the 29th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Szczakowianka's Zula Kosiorek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Estebano in the 34th minute of play. Zula Kosiorek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romulo Estebano's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute Cristian Ieltxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zula Kosiorek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Sébastien Frey managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Szczakowianka's Benedykt Perkowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Yan Chen Yan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Sébastien Frey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Szczakowianka's Robbin Moreaux was substituted for Leo Eguzki. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After having played for 59 minutes, Yan Chen Yan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Szczakowianka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yan Chen Yan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristian Ieltxu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zula Kosiorek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Radowit Ogrodowicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Yan Chen Yan came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Szczakowianka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yan Chen Yan couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Szczakowianka's Zula Kosiorek got control of the ball when Dave Mancinelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Szczakowianka's Zula Kosiorek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Mancinelli in the 88th minute of play. Sébastien Frey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedykt Perkowski in the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Szczakowianka fans cheered their team off the field, for while TORQUE F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
