Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liviu Frumușanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 12th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Liviu Frumușanu hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Dinu Oardă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Sancho kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Victor Lucila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinu Oardă having to interfere. After a rather tough play, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Ernest Oprescu got a free kick in the 76th minute. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Dinu Oardă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liviu Frumușanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ernest Oprescu who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Ernest Oprescu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Dinu Oardă got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Dinu Oardă when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
