Valentin Hăulică received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ion Pârâianu hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Moises Fernandino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valentin Hăulică in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ricardo Zorita, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The throw-in from Luis Rubio in the 21st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pardina's Ion Pârâianu. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Valentin Hăulică put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ricardo Zorita. After some careless play in the Pardina defense, Moises Fernandino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mugur Tăbăcaru. The Pardina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mugur Tăbăcaru should have stopped the shot. In the 36th match minute, Pardina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavius Costache to maneuver through the defense. Mateo Leguizamo, 37 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save El Salvador from getting a goal against them. The supporters of El Salvador booed when Pardina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ion Pârâianu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Abram Luque got a free kick in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Moises Fernandino made the kick off in the second half. Valentin Hăulică blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricardo Zorita having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valentin Hăulică in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Zorita prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 85 played minutes Pardina got a freekick which was hit by Flavius Costache. In the 86th minute of the match Mateo Leguizamo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mugur Tăbăcaru skillfully saved the ball. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Hăulică in the 89th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jesus Carvallo during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 91 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Carvallo. 95 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Hăulică came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pardina fully deserved thier win.
