When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Enzo Azubeli took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Julio Vera to make any attempt to save it. 14 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wojciech Hajduk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Enzo Azubeli might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enzo Azubeli ran back to his position shaking his head. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Wojciech Hajduk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 20th minute of the match. Wojciech Hajduk came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Azubeli in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, CONSTILIANO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Curcio to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Wojciech Hajduk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Arnaldo Toro hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wojciech Hajduk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Azubeli in the 37th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enzo Azubeli got free with Julio Vera in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 46 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wojciech Hajduk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 55th minute CONSTILIANO were awarded a corner. Nicanor Luzaide went to the cornerflag to take it. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by CONSTILIANO's Enzo Azubeli. But to his dismay, Enzo Azubeli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Enzo Azubeli took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. CONSTILIANO's Viden Birov was substituted for Arnaldo Toro. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enzo Azubeli went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. CONSTILIANO made a substitution. Serafin Gustau replaced Nico Otamendi. The referee gave CONSTILIANO a penalty, 83 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ladislao Curcio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. 5-1. Wojciech Hajduk made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Erlantz in the 87th minute of the match. With a little luck, CONSTILIANO's Wojciech Hajduk got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carmelo Erlantz in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carmelo Erlantz in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
