The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tomas Berganza took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jose Montes. Jose Montes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Jose Montes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Alex Cambeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 14 minutes into the game, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jose Montes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Jose Montes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Alguacil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, Miguel Miralles had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jose Montes. NECKER49's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Miralles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Misael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute, Abraham Alguacil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. NECKER49's Jose Montes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 28th minute of play. Jose Montes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 30th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Tomas Berganza made a precise shot to the right of Jose Montes. NECKER49's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. 38 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of NECKER49's Jose Montes. Jose Montes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. NECKER49's Lino Sendoa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Matthew Garrido, made in the 42nd minute of the game. 43 minutes into the game, Panama's Abraham Alguacil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jose Montes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. After 47 minutes of play, Panama's Tomas Berganza made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jose Montes was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The wind increased when Tomas Berganza made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the NECKER49 defense, Abraham Alguacil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jose Montes. The NECKER49 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jose Montes should have stopped the shot. Jose Montes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tomas Berganza showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-12 in the 57 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Tomas Berganza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jose Montes. That made the score 0-13 in the 61 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Berganza in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jose Montes saved NECKER49 from getting behind. Jose Montes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Miralles in the 69th minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jose Montes, 0-16. NECKER49's Jose Montes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save NECKER49 from getting a goal against them. In the 82nd minute of the game Jose Carita made a throw-in which Tomas Berganza played forward. Jose Montes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Miralles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, NECKER49's Jose Montes got control of the ball when Abraham Alguacil tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abraham Alguacil kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 85thth minute. Though ot was a great shot NECKER49's keeper Jose Montes was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Isidoro Sarmiento took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jose Montes. Jose Montes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-17. 91 minutes into the match, Alex Cambeiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jose Montes, 0-18. NECKER49's Jose Montes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 97th minute of play. Jose Montes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 98th minute of play. The NECKER49 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Panama were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
