A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Halcones Azules's Severino Benvido got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 20th match minute, Halcones Azules was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Benvido to maneuver through the defense. Mustafa Hamit Özercan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Tasis, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ubaldo Montel in the 28th minute. 32 minutes in the game, Eliseo Conrao fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Benito Sanz having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Eliseo Conrao notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Tasis was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Halcones Azules booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Aaron Alcocer hit a great ball. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ubaldo Montel went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Ubaldo Montel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aaron Alcocer hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 70 minutes, Mustafa Hamit Özercan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 72nd minute of the match Ubaldo Montel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Sanz skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Halcones Azules was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcial Frederico didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Halcones Azules fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when Halcones Azules's Eliseo Lore looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Eliseo Lore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Eliseo Lore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There was no doubt that Halcones Azules were the better team. Halcones Azules's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
