The Szittyák SE rege fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Szittyák SE rege's Nike Cavia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nike Cavia in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nike Cavia, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Cristiano Ronald made in the 21st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Milán Seres immediately put the ball in play. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Nike Cavia took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. Nike Cavia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Szittyák SE rege's Nike Cavia got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Venezuela's attentive Patricio Costa managed to snatch the ball when Zsolt Kardos made a throw-in in the 36th minute of the game. The supporters of Szittyák SE rege booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joshua Secada didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Nike Cavia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the game, Doctor Csizmadia threw the ball into play from the sideline. Venezuela's Alex Chicote quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 45th minute, Nike Cavia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Szittyák SE rege fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The supporters of Venezuela booed when Szittyák SE rege was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zsolt Kardos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of László Gácsi's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Szittyák SE rege's László Gácsi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. If László Gácsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from László Gácsi in the 87th minute of play. In the 93rdth minute of the game László Gácsi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
