Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jaime Pardo kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Cleto Domenec left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bar-Met FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 6th minute, Bar-Met FC's Jeremias Bitxintxo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 10th minute, Hector Covarrubias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 12 minutes, Jeremias Bitxintxo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bar-Met FC and the Paraguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jeremias Bitxintxo kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Prospero Quin might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Nores. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Prospero Quin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 17thth minute of the game Jaime Pardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bar-Met FC's Pablo Hunfredo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Campos to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Bar-Met FC's zone, Jaime Pardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pablo Hunfredo came out of the goal and Jaime Pardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pablo Hunfredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Pardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 23 minutes into the game, Teodoro Eliu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bar-Met FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paraguay the free kick. Teodoro Eliu hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. If Primitivo Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Prospero Quin was the one to do the kick off. Conrado Costante charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Conrado Costante the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jaime Pardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pablo Hunfredo having to interfere. When Clodoveo Abecia fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bar-Met FC's protests and gave Clodoveo Abecia a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Bar-Met FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clodoveo Abecia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hector Covarrubias struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Pablo Hunfredo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paraguay. Pablo Hunfredo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaime Pardo in the 72nd minute. Jaime Pardo scored 2-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pablo Hunfredo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Bar-Met FC's zone, Jaime Pardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pablo Hunfredo came out of the goal and Jaime Pardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paraguay were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
