Facundo Cadaval received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Jess Carnduff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of La Rat's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. After taking down the ball on Alemannia Aachen's corner Mateusz Rydel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dante Lacasa quite easily take care of the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by La Rat. Leonardo Leoz made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Alemannia Aachen's Frans Baltzer. Jess Carnduff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Alemannia Aachen's 鲁剑建 got a free kick in the 31st minute. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by La Rat in the 38th minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Müller in the 44th minute of play. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by La Rat in the 50th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Jess Carnduff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Mexico booed when Alemannia Aachen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. 鲁剑建 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Jess Carnduff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Thomas Müller came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Alemannia Aachen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thomas Müller couldn't finish the play. Jess Carnduff made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. 83 minutes into the game, Leonardo Leoz threw the ball into play from the sideline. Alemannia Aachen's Frans Baltzer quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 83 played minutes Alemannia Aachen got a freekick which was hit by Frans Baltzer. After 90 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Leoz. Luca Rouco kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Alemannia Aachen's Mateusz Rydel broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Frans Baltzer fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alemannia Aachen's protests and gave Frans Baltzer a yellow card for diving instead.
