The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Giovanni Custódio was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the El Salvador defense, Giovanni Custódio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. The El Salvador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Zorita should have stopped the shot. After having played for 56 minutes, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ricardo Zorita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giovanni Custódio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Moises Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Raimundo Bittencourt was substituted for Martín Santillana. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luizão da Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Bittencourt in the 77th minute of play. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Valentino Ferrant hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Giovanni Custódio sped through El Salvador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Moises Fernandino got free with Dagoberto Veiga in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 88 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Luizão da Silva came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Luizão da Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moises Fernandino struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Dagoberto Veiga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Salvador. When the referee ended the match the SE Tijolo 6 Furos players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
