With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Adrian Txanton tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baltasar Santana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute Justino Bastia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Abraham Alguacil. When EL REY DE LA CARNE's Adrian Txanton in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Panama's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Bastia in the 60th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvio Gumaro hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adrian Txanton went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 73 minutes into the game, Adrian Txanton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EL REY DE LA CARNE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Panama the free kick. After 73 played minutes EL REY DE LA CARNE got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Txanton. Julian Gomesano hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Miguel Miralles hit a great ball. When EL REY DE LA CARNE's Justino Bastia in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Felipe Ros's late challenge caught a EL REY DE LA CARNE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felipe Ros helped the player get up and apologised. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
