EL REY DE LA CARNE's Baltasar Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Camilo Covarrubias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uruguay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EL REY DE LA CARNE the free kick. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Camilo Covarrubias hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Camilo Franco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Justino Bastia came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 41 in the game by Adrian Txanton from a close distance when the talented Joaquin Gayoso managed to make a qualified save. Uruguay's players were relieved. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adrian Txanton was the one to do the kick off. EL REY DE LA CARNE's Salvador Eusko couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 54th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Uruguay. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Txanton in the 64th minute of play. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Odon in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Francisco Seco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uruguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Uruguay's Camilo Covarrubias got his second yellow card of the match in the 71st minute. The referee ordered Camilo Covarrubias off the ground. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Camilo Covarrubias got a free kick in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Txanton in the 83rd minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Baltasar Santana in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adrian Txanton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. After some careless play in the Uruguay defense, Rolando Odon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. The Uruguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquin Gayoso should have stopped the shot.
