A throw-in in the 14th minute of the game was made by Wawrzyniec Kochanowski with Cheng Le Xing as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Peru's Joaquin Prats was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eugenio Molina in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 23rdth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. Sant Sabo's Eugenio Molina was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eugenio Molina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 24th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, F.C. Sant Sabo's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Eugenio Molina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Eliseo Mina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseo Mina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugenio Molina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 32ndth minute of the game Cheng Le Xing who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Rolando Noboa managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when F.C. Sant Sabo's Cheng Le Xing fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Luz Tejedor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Molina having to interfere. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cheng Le Xing in the 35th minute. Eugenio Molina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Efraim Gilabert hit a great ball. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raúl Dagora in the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Andreu Buenafuente managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. Sant Sabo's supporters rose to their feet, but Andreu Buenafuente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by F.C. Sant Sabo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. 61 minutes into the match, F.C. Sant Sabo's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Eugenio Molina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugenio Molina made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. Sant Sabo's zone, Julian Murillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugenio Molina came out of the goal and Julian Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Peru's Efraim Gilabert got a free kick in the 66th minute. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. Sant Sabo's Mazuste Flores. But to his dismay, Mazuste Flores quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Eugenio Molina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Sant Sabo's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Gallo came free, but Eugenio Molina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. Sant Sabo's goalkeeper Eugenio Molina, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eugenio Molina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Gallo in the 91st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Peru's Efraim Gilabert got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, F.C. Sant Sabo could leave the field as winners, despite Peru having more of the ball for most of the match.
