A collision led to Taşpınar Sk getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Şeray Tokel hit a great ball. After 19 played minutes, Corteagada FC's Óscar Lustosa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ferit Taykut came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Corteagada FC reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Derman Kabadayı during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Taşpınar Sk's Derman Kabadayı got a free kick in the 21st minute. Jerónimo Sacramento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enginalp Tetiker in the 24th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Bülent Bardakçı cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jerónimo Sacramento was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 30 minutes into the match, Taşpınar Sk's goal looked a bit too open when Avelino Pádua came free, but Ferit Taykut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquim Sousa hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Taşpınar Sk's Ferit Taykut proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Taşpınar Sk from getting a goal against them. In the 40th minute, Şeray Tokel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bülent Bardakçı struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Jerónimo Sacramento didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taşpınar Sk. Ferit Taykut was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and Avelino Pádua capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Avelino Pádua really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Bülent Bardakçı made the kick off in the second half. Enginalp Tetiker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Jerónimo Sacramento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Corteagada FC's Gualter Correia in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Taşpınar Sk's goalie prevented a goal. Jerónimo Sacramento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bülent Bardakçı in the 61st minute of the match. Palmiro Barata blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ferit Taykut having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Avelino Pádua in the 65th minute of play forced Taşpınar Sk's goalkeeper Ferit Taykut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the game, Enginalp Tetiker cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Jerónimo Sacramento was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 71st minute Gualter Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferit Taykut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferit Taykut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Avelino Pádua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Enginalp Tetiker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taşpınar Sk's supporters rose to their feet, but Enginalp Tetiker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jerónimo Sacramento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot 80 in the game by Enginalp Tetiker from a close distance when the talented Jerónimo Sacramento managed to make a qualified save. Corteagada FC's players were relieved. Gualter Correia struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Ferit Taykut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corteagada FC. After 84 played minutes Corteagada FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabrício Castanheira. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bülent Bardakçı in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jerónimo Sacramento saved Corteagada FC from getting behind. Şeray Tokel got in the 87th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Jerónimo Sacramento handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Avelino Pádua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferit Taykut having to interfere. The Corteagada FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Taşpınar Sk's performance. The match ended with a win for Taşpınar Sk.
