In the 18th minute, Kisrécse's Adrián Pollák dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Kisrécse's János Szusza got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Lóránd Kinizsi charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lóránd Kinizsi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th match minute, Kisrécse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lóránd Kinizsi to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Kisrécse defense, Arda Göksel Bozdoğan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of István Sarkady. The Kisrécse fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that István Sarkady should have stopped the shot. In the 41st minute, János Szusza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, Karpuzlu's goal looked a bit too open when Adrián Pollák came free, but Turan Coşan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boldizsár Nagy who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Turan Coşan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 47 minutes, Arda Göksel Bozdoğan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karpuzlu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arda Göksel Bozdoğan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Turan Coşan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boldizsár Nagy in the 81st minute of the match. Adrián Pollák sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karpuzlu's Arda Göksel Bozdoğan got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Karpuzlu players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kisrécse.
