Lázaro Prestes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but André Courtois made a huge save. After 8 played minutes Heide FC got a freekick which was hit by Juvenal Azevedo. Iwan Dziuma didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Márk Kovács went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Márk Kovács scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iwan Dziuma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 24 minutes into the game, Bogumil Zarobski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Heide FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Templars FC the free kick. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Heide FC! Lázaro Prestes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but André Courtois made a huge save. A sloppy throw-in by Jack Nicholson in the 31st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Heide FC's Juvenal Azevedo. Lázaro Prestes in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of André Courtois, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Márk Kovács in the 38th minute of play forced Heide FC's goalkeeper Iwan Dziuma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lázaro Prestes got free with André Courtois in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th minute, Fernando Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Heide FC's Iwan Dziuma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Márk Kovács in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lázaro Prestes to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Prestes in the 50th minute of play forced Templars FC's goalkeeper André Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Templars FC's Ziya Onur Muzaffer quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Juvenal Azevedo, made in the 52nd minute of the game. Iwan Dziuma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Márk Kovács, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Iwan Dziuma made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Staffan Apelqvist sent off a good shot on target. Iwan Dziuma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Márk Kovács's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. After a rather tough play, Templars FC's Staffan Apelqvist got a free kick in the 69th minute. Templars FC made a substitution. Jonathan Sammut replaced Márk Kovács. In the 70th match minute, Templars FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Staffan Apelqvist to maneuver through the defense. Staffan Apelqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iwan Dziuma having to make a save. When Julian Bejrut came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Heide FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Bejrut couldn't finish the play. Heide FC's attentive Juvenal Azevedo managed to snatch the ball when Jack Nicholson made a throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game.
