Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, Faris Al Srae cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 7th match minute, El Arabi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Qasem Al Saleh to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Curacao's Bruno Barrett got control of the ball when Mnawer Abo Al Hasan tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Faris Al Srae came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the El Arabi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faris Al Srae couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute, Faris Al Srae got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 16th minute, Mnawer Abo Al Hasan made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Bruno Barrett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mnawer Abo Al Hasan in the 23rd minute. In the 27th match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Troy Kennedy to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute, Mnawer Abo Al Hasan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bruno Barrett. The goal made the score 3-0. In the 31st minute Kyle Davies shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fadhel Al Herz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mnawer Abo Al Hasan had several of the Curacao's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 32 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Bruno Barrett as he didn't even see the shot coming. Yaqoub Bo Hamad received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bruno Barrett came out and tried to block the shot, but Yaqoub Bo Hamad slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 35th minute. With his leg Bruno Barrett managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when El Arabi's Mnawer Abo Al Hasan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sanad Khorshed, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After 44 minutes, Rocco Owen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Curacao and the El Arabi players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Curacao's Rocco Owen got a free kick in the 44th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The wind increased when Kyle Davies made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Mnawer Abo Al Hasan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mnawer Abo Al Hasan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 59 minutes of play, El Arabi's Sanad Khorshed made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Barrett was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mnawer Abo Al Hasan in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sanad Khorshed in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of El Arabi booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charles Cox didn't get a good kick on the ball.
