Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Felix Montes hit a great ball. After having played for 73 minutes, Savaş Ali managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89's supporters crossed their fingers, but Savaş Ali was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ardahan Çelebioğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Agustín Saelices hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the game, Luis Andino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fc Kangal™SİVAS 89 the free kick. In the 82nd minute, Luis Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
