Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Julian Murillo made the kick off and thus started the match. Edmondo Del Monte's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rolando Noboa firmly grabbed it by the left post. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petros Mirtsos in the 10th minute of play. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by ΠΑΟΚ FC's Petros Mirtsos. But to his dismay, Petros Mirtsos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. A throw-in in the 13th minute of the game was made by Thanasis Kanavos with Björn Kamp as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 15 minutes ΠΑΟΚ FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. Milagros Fraga hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petros Mirtsos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Silva in the 27th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes ΠΑΟΚ FC got a freekick which was hit by Thanasis Kanavos. Ingvar Nykvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Ingvar Nykvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luz Tejedor in the 48th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Santiago Silva made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Silva in the 51st minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ΠΑΟΚ FC's Savas Karameris was substituted for Thanasis Kanavos. The throw-in from Savas Karameris in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Ingvar Nykvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Petros Mirtsos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Petros Mirtsos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. ΠΑΟΚ FC made a substitution. Sotiris Zacharakis replaced Edmondo Del Monte. ΠΑΟΚ FC made a substitution. Zheng Yang Zhen replaced Gustav Kock. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Anthony Alvarado hit a great ball. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petros Mirtsos in the 74th minute of play. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Björn Kamp, made in the 75th minute of the game. Luz Tejedor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ingvar Nykvist having to make a save. In the 76th minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Nykvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes in the game Savas Karameris did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Björn Kamp. The supporters of ΠΑΟΚ FC booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Murillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ingvar Nykvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Gallo in the 84th minute of play. ΠΑΟΚ FC's Ingvar Nykvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save ΠΑΟΚ FC from getting a goal against them. ΠΑΟΚ FC's Ingvar Nykvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Gallo in the 91st minute of play. Ingvar Nykvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafael Gallo in the 92nd minute. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by ΠΑΟΚ FC's Santiago Silva. But to his dismay, Santiago Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. ΠΑΟΚ FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
