The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabian Oterino got free with Fermin Basajaun in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tartalo Delatorre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Omar Jakue's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. After 26 played minutes CeciForEver got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Inautzi. A collision led to Atlético Grau Piura getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Andoni Ascarza hit a great ball. Omar Jakue fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tartalo Delatorre having to interfere.
