Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Jämjö hitters's Douglas Vallgren started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4thth minute of the game Zebastian Isaksson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 6th minute, Jämjö hitters's Douglas Vallgren dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Vallgren came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the last second Jonathan Ferrant throw himself and got hold of the ball when Douglas Vallgren in the 19thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Douglas Vallgren in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas Vallgren in the 23rd minute of the match. Jämjö hitters's Vincent Derveaux managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Joshua Secada in the 25 minute of the game. 28 minutes into the match, Jämjö hitters's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Fredric Gustafsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Zebastian Isaksson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-0 in the 31 minute of play. In the 36th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredric Gustafsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 37th minute. Douglas Vallgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Zebastian Isaksson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Zebastian Isaksson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 3-0 in the 42 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. Vincent Derveaux hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jämjö hitters's goalkeeper Fredric Gustafsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Jämjö hitters's Zebastian Isaksson. But to his dismay, Zebastian Isaksson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Douglas Vallgren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zebastian Isaksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Pazzini, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After 81 minutes of play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fredric Gustafsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Jämjö hitters booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute Zebastian Isaksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 92 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa.
