The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Guns And Roses defense, Rogelio Funes Mori kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eustacio Misael. The Guns And Roses fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eustacio Misael should have stopped the shot. In the 10thth minute of the game Nazil Canay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rejunte de perros's Marcelo Armani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eustacio Misael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Funes Mori in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Rogelio Funes Mori ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eustacio Misael was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thomás Barral stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
