Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Evaristo Cordareo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aerolineas Argentinas FC's goalkeeper Anfilogino Tolin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 6th match minute, Aerolineas Argentinas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Markel to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Evaristo Cordareo tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Sebastián Erasto came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Aerolineas Argentinas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastián Erasto couldn't finish the play. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evaristo Cordareo's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anfilogino Tolin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anfilogino Tolin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastián Erasto in the 18th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19thth minute of the game Evaristo Cordareo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anfilogino Tolin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 23rd minute of the match. Aerolineas Argentinas FC were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sebastián Erasto took the corner. The corner led Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Sebastián Erasto to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Aerolineas Argentinas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gong Yu Le didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Julio Vera threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sebastián Erasto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 32nd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anfilogino Tolin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anfilogino Tolin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a free kick in the 40th minute. Anfilogino Tolin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Sebastián Erasto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Evaristo Cordareo tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Aerolineas Argentinas FC's Daryl Lutz was substituted for Sebastián Erasto. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 54th minute of play forced Aerolineas Argentinas FC's goalkeeper Anfilogino Tolin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute Evaristo Cordareo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, Evaristo Cordareo made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Aerolineas Argentinas FC made a substitution. Lázaro Ledesma replaced Huang Lin Fan. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, Lázaro Ledesma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th minute, Evaristo Cordareo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Loi in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Loi came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Ecuador's goalie and right to Gong Yu Le. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Ecuador's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 80th minute, Manuel Markel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Loi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Cordareo in the 90th minute of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Loi in the 91st minute of play. In the 91st minute, Marcos Loi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Aerolineas Argentinas FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anfilogino Tolin quite easily take care of the ball. After 98 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho.
