Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Bubu Denat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Marino Ramos sent off a good shot on target. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Bubu Denat. But to his dismay, Bubu Denat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 24th minute, Bubu Denat reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 4-0. The supporters of F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Patricio Costa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA the free kick. The supporters of F.C. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bubu Denat to make the kick off. Lluis Rivas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. A throw-in in the 57th minute of the game was made by Marino Ramos with Antoni Villarroel as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 61st minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When F.C. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Gonzalo Boye stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Gonzalo Boye tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
