In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 12 minutes into the game, Benjamin Lara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Joaquin Gayoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A.J. 韩文海 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 23rd minute of the match. Arturo Carvallo got a throw-in 25 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jaime Cazalla. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benjamin Lara's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Júnior Zanette kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Lara came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Lara in the 33rd minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Kong Sang Han in the 35th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Uruguay's Kevin Carballal. 42 minutes into the game, one of Uruguay:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Benjamin Lara shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 48th minute, Benjamin Lara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Joinville Esporte Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Jerry Uchiha scored 7-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The penalty shot was made by Victor Sena, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. 8-1. Jerry Uchiha's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jerry Uchiha helped the player get up and apologised. Jerry Uchiha hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. 99 minutes in the game Gino Vander did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jerry Uchiha. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Joinville Esporte Clube had won after a very even match.
