Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Primitivo Andino got a free kick in the 4th minute. Tomasz Sobania sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9thth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soczewki Gliwice's Damazy Kensicki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Primitivo Andino made in the 12th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Felix Montenegro however managed to control. In the 13th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Andino to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Tomasz Sobania managed to get in a good position for a shot. Soczewki Gliwice's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomasz Sobania was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Damazy Kensicki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Tomasz Sobania fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Soczewki Gliwice's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Damazy Kensicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Soczewki Gliwice's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. 22 minutes into the match, Soczewki Gliwice's Tomasz Sobania sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The throw-in from Primitivo Andino in the 25th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Soczewki Gliwice's Tudor Simionică. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Tomasz Sobania tried to sneak it across the goal line. Soczewki Gliwice's Tomasz Sobania got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damazy Kensicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Tomasz Sobania tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomasz Sobania's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomasz Sobania, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Edgar Matela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 47th minute of play forced Soczewki Gliwice's goalkeeper Damazy Kensicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

If Tomasz Sobania had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomasz Sobania in the 60th minute of play. In the 68th minute Tomasz Sobania shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomasz Sobania scored 2-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 77th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Damazy Kensicki could save by the left post. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomasz Sobania, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 82 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zdzislaw Witek who took care of the corner kick. After having played for 85 minutes, Tomasz Sobania managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soczewki Gliwice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomasz Sobania was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
