Mikolaj Maciejewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Walery Brak got free with Dante Lacasa in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the match, Buldogi's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Saturnino Domingues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saturnino Domingues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Mikolaj Maciejewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 23rd minute, Alberto Tafalla made a precise shot to the right of Saturnino Domingues. Buldogi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Czeslaw Kasprzak kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Lautaro Mancebo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Saturnino Domingues having to make a save. Saturnino Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 36th minute of play. After 38 minutes of play, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Saturnino Domingues was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 45th minute, Czeslaw Kasprzak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Joel Gaona took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Saturnino Domingues to make any attempt to save it.
