Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Elemér Udvarhelyi started the match with the kick off. In the 5thth minute of the game Abraham Alguacil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Timbau CSM's Tudor Balțoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tudor Balțoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute, Tomas Berganza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tudor Balțoi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abraham Alguacil in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tudor Balțoi saved Timbau CSM from getting behind. A collision led to Timbau CSM getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Mădălin Brășneanu hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Timbau CSM's zone, Abraham Alguacil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tudor Balțoi came out of the goal and Abraham Alguacil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd minute, Dylan Sarmiento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 27th minute of play forced Timbau CSM's goalkeeper Tudor Balțoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tudor Balțoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tudor Balțoi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Nicu Bogdan kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Berganza to strike the kick off in the second half. Tudor Balțoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute, Fabian Ilinca made a precise shot to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Tomas Berganza might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tudor Balțoi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Berganza ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Berganza in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tudor Balțoi saved Timbau CSM from getting behind. 68 minutes into the match, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tudor Balțoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jose Carita charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Panama's Tomas Berganza in the 84th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Tudor Balțoi was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Timbau CSM through an amazing save. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abraham Alguacil received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tudor Balțoi came out and tried to block the shot, but Abraham Alguacil slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 90th minute. Abraham Alguacil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Panama's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
