Joseph Svartengren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luciano Sidoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Ştefan Deșliu came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 minutes Panama's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alexei Karamazov who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Panama's Alex Cambeiro got a free kick in the 19th minute. When Alexei Karamazov came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Hallstahammar IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexei Karamazov couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Panama's Dylan Sarmiento got a free kick in the 26th minute. Abraham Alguacil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Joseph Svartengren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. When Ştefan Deșliu came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Hallstahammar IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ştefan Deșliu couldn't finish the play. 40 minutes into the match, Panama's Tomas Berganza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joseph Svartengren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 42 minutes of play, Panama's Abraham Alguacil made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joseph Svartengren was left in no man's land by his defense there!

In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hallstahammar IK's goalkeeper Joseph Svartengren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza notched a goal, 3-4, to the right of Hallstahammar IK's Joseph Svartengren. Joseph Svartengren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
