Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Salmiyah Power's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Boncho Vlúchkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salmiyah Power's Boncho Vlúchkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 5th minute of play. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 6th minute. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Kacper Koperski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boncho Vlúchkov having to interfere. Salmiyah Power's Boncho Vlúchkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 11th minute of play. Boncho Vlúchkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Salmiyah Power's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Jeremias Ganix might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeremias Ganix ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 18th match minute, Salmiyah Power was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karim Bahari to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Boncho Vlúchkov. Salmiyah Power's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cheb Haddou kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Lakhdar Guendouz in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio Vera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Arsenio Claus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Felix Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Salmiyah Power's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Daniel Zorita 60 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Abderrahmane Merah hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute, Agustín Saelices hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Boncho Vlúchkov in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Lakhdar Guendouz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Lakhdar Guendouz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, Lakhdar Guendouz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Salmiyah Power had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
