Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Salmiyah Power's Arsenio Claus started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Lakhdar Guendouz notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 8th minute. Lakhdar Guendouz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lakhdar Guendouz in the 14th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Lakhdar Guendouz sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute, Lakhdar Guendouz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Salmiyah Power fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 25th match minute, Salmiyah Power was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Ganix to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arsenio Claus's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arsenio Claus went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. With an all-out effort, Salmiyah Power's Jonathan Ferrant threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arsenio Claus, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 44 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Claus came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lakhdar Guendouz's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lakhdar Guendouz in the 55th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the game, Camilo Gaos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salmiyah Power the free kick. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. After having played for 59 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Salmiyah Power's Kacper Koperski got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 66th minute of play forced Salmiyah Power's goalkeeper Boncho Vlúchkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Salmiyah Power fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Salmiyah Power's Lakhdar Guendouz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Salmiyah Power's Hamid Ahmed was substituted for Brahim Kerkar. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boncho Vlúchkov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 78 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lakhdar Guendouz in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Kacper Koperski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Boncho Vlúchkov in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Boncho Vlúchkov having to make a save. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lakhdar Guendouz in the 89th minute of play.
