Rodney Emmanuel hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Al-Femur FC's Placido Xabel couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 26th minute. Benedicto Vellito succeeded in the game's 34th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. The supporters of Al-Femur FC booed when Haiti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernso Constant didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Benedicto Vellito cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Noel Seide was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 43 minutes, Fabricio Bartoli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Al-Femur FC and the Haiti players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 43 played minutes Al-Femur FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Bartoli. In the 45th minute, Al-Femur FC's Ricardo Machado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Noel Seide. Noel Seide yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benedicto Vellito to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Haiti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Alphonse to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benedicto Vellito in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Noel Seide saved Haiti from getting behind. Noel Seide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Machado in the 59th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Haiti's zone, Cosme Dominic stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noel Seide came out of the goal and Cosme Dominic tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Vellito in the 60th minute of play forced Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noel Seide was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Al-Femur FC fully deserved thier win.
