Haiti's Ernso Constant quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. David Prestes made in the 34th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Tiago Ortiz immediately put the ball in play. The throw-in from Tomás Garcia in the 35th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Haiti's Rodney Emmanuel. After 36 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Alphonse. 37 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Ortiz came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Jonathan Alphonse notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Bandeca FC's Kléberson Soeiro. Kléberson Soeiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

After 51 played minutes Bandeca FC got a freekick which was hit by Márcio de Salles. Philippe Ambroise sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flávio Arósio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noel Seide having to interfere. Bandeca FC's Caetano Azevedo was substituted for Claudinho Recife. Luiz Gustavo Couto scored 5-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Noel Seide, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Noel Seide came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Bandeca FC's Luiz Gustavo Couto. But to his dismay, Luiz Gustavo Couto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Luiz Gustavo Couto took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noel Seide. Noel Seide dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. With a little luck, Bandeca FC's Kléberson Soeiro got control of the ball when Jonathan Alphonse tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rodney Emmanuel kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 82 minutes into the game, Bandeca FC's Fernando Banders nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Noel Seide made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. In the 87th minute Luiz Gustavo Couto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Gustavo Couto in the 89th minute of play. Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Banders, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute, Luiz Gustavo Couto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Noel Seide was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-1. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Azevedo in the 94th minute of play. After having played for 95 minutes, Caetano Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bandeca FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Caetano Azevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
