After taking down the ball on Colombia's corner Luis Cazalla fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lara Guadalupi quite easily take care of the ball. In the 27th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lara Guadalupi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Axel Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Lara Guadalupi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Valério Ortiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Abram Sarmiento made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Colombia booed when MAGNIFICOS.FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omer Guyomarch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valério Ortiz went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score.
