Celso Manni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. TZILACATZIN's Celso Manni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Villa in the 27th minute of play. If Ivan Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the match, TZILACATZIN's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Celso Manni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Celso Manni. TZILACATZIN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmundo Espiga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 40 minutes in the game Christian Sancho did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Edmundo Espiga. Celso Manni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 41st minute of the match. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the match, TZILACATZIN's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Celso Manni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Manni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celso Manni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute Moises Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Manni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 68 minutes, Eleuterio Maraman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TZILACATZIN and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 67th minute, one of TZILACATZIN:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for TZILACATZIN. The referee gave Honduras a penalty, 68 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Edmundo Espiga, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of TZILACATZIN's Celso Manni. 0-3. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind TZILACATZIN's goalkeeper Celso Manni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Villa in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celso Manni saved TZILACATZIN from getting behind. A sloppy throw-in by Christian Sancho in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by TZILACATZIN's Jesus Bixintxo. In the 81st minute, Jesus Bixintxo had to leave the field with a concussion. Valentín Carvallo charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valentín Carvallo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Valentín Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Honduras's Sebastian Villa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Celso Manni. Celso Manni yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. TZILACATZIN's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Christian Sancho scored to the left of an out of position Celso Manni, making the score, 0-6.
