The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute Thorbjörn Olerius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willy Van Linthout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, ManagerZone Crew's Anderson Schulle got a free kick in the 21st minute. 23 minutes into the match, Bruly's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Linkhorst came free, but Willy Van Linthout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paul Fiedler succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 31st playminute. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Paul Fiedler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bruly's supporters rose to their feet, but Paul Fiedler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrick Armstrong breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Patrick Armstrong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paul Fiedler in the 38th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

A hard shot 52 in the game by Peter Linkhorst from a close distance when the talented Willy Van Linthout managed to make a qualified save. Bruly's players were relieved. Patrick Armstrong came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Bruly's Paul Fiedler. But to his dismay, Paul Fiedler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 58th minute, Anderson Schulle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Våleman in the 62nd minute of play forced Bruly's goalkeeper Willy Van Linthout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruly's Paul Fiedler got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Brend Schrevens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Willy Van Linthout made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Ununger in the 70th minute of play. Peter Linkhorst's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Willy Van Linthout skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Willy Van Linthout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Linkhorst in the 83rd minute of the match. The referee ignored Bruly's protests and gave Brend Schrevens a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Bruly's Brend Schrevens got a free kick in the 96th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bruly fans cheered their team off the field, for while ManagerZone Crew had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
