Dacian Oravițan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th match minute, FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francesco Di Luca to maneuver through the defense. Dacian Oravițan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Dacian Oravițan. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dacian Oravițan having to interfere. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 25th minute, Giovanny Panhuijsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dacian Oravițan having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Luis Andino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dacian Oravițan. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Andino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- defense, Felix Montenegro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dacian Oravițan. The FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dacian Oravițan should have stopped the shot. 40 minutes into the match, FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Dacian Oravițan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Iustinian Prunaru fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s protests and gave Iustinian Prunaru a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Dacian Oravițan, was totally fooled by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita, who 55 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 57th minute, Agustín Saelices reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dacian Oravițan. The goal made the score 0-6. In the 61st match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute Nusret Rıfkı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dacian Oravițan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Petru Oroian hit a great ball. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- made a substitution. Dumitru Dordea replaced 陈思俊. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s Șerban Balaban was substituted for Giovanny Panhuijsen. The supporters of Ecuador booed when FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petru Oroian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dacian Oravițan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 75th minute of play forced FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s goalkeeper Dacian Oravițan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dacian Oravițan made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. 83 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dacian Oravițan. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Agustín Saelices might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dacian Oravițan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agustín Saelices ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Dacian Oravițan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dumitru Dordea in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Grigore Blăniță came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Montenegro got free with Dacian Oravițan in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s Petru Oroian got a free kick in the 95th minute. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
