Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Borys Biegun got free with Dante Lacasa in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 5 minutes into the game, Nadodrze Wrocław's Wladyslaw Maciejewski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Nadodrze Wrocław's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Lucjan Zbytniewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Zbytniewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Borys Biegun hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Lucjan Zbytniewski came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Facundo Cadaval. But to his dismay, Facundo Cadaval quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 25th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Zbytniewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A throw-in in the 27th minute of the game was made by Luca Rouco with Luca Zorita as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Nadodrze Wrocław's Lucjan Zbytniewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 28th minute of play. A collision led to Nadodrze Wrocław getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Bruno Jesco hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucjan Zbytniewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lucjan Zbytniewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Facundo Cadaval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Karl-Åke Berggren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Lucjan Zbytniewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nadodrze Wrocław's Lucjan Zbytniewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 40th minute of play. Macos Graciani got a throw-in 42 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Joel Gaona. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Borys Biegun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Walery Hajto during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Mexico booed when Nadodrze Wrocław was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walery Hajto didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Lucjan Zbytniewski threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 80th minute Nadodrze Wrocław were awarded a corner. Wladyslaw Maciejewski went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 82nd minute of play forced Nadodrze Wrocław's goalkeeper Lucjan Zbytniewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute Hugon Podowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Nadodrze Wrocław's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Mexico were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
