Roberto Eztebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabricio Rencio in the 7th minute of the match. When Edgard Polentzi came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Cachiyuyo EAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgard Polentzi couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lino Rios in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evaristo Velasco saved Cachiyuyo EAS from getting behind. Evaristo Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Rios in the 17th minute of play. Roberto Eztebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Rencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute, Lino Rios left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AFC FUSION fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 26 minutes into the match, Cachiyuyo EAS's goal looked a bit too open when Dawid Beckham came free, but Evaristo Velasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evaristo Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Rios in the 30th minute of the match. Lino Rios blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Evaristo Velasco having to make a save. 36 minutes into the match, Lino Rios notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Cachiyuyo EAS's Evaristo Velasco. Evaristo Velasco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 43rd minute, Javier Palban hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 44 minutes, Dawid Beckham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AFC FUSION's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dawid Beckham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evaristo Velasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Rios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half AFC FUSION were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabricio Rencio made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Cachiyuyo EAS's zone, Lino Rios stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evaristo Velasco came out of the goal and Lino Rios tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cachiyuyo EAS's goalkeeper Evaristo Velasco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 65th minute of the match AFC FUSION got a corner. Cachiyuyo EAS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dawid Beckham ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on AFC FUSION's corner Dawid Beckham fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Evaristo Velasco quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, Cachiyuyo EAS's Cirilo Pacho got a free kick in the 69th minute. Lino Rios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. AFC FUSION made a substitution. Aureliano Arnau replaced Jan Hop. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christoff Stocks in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evaristo Velasco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Evaristo Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christoff Stocks in the 81st minute of the match. Roberto Eztebe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgard Polentzi went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christoff Stocks got free with Evaristo Velasco in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. AFC FUSION's attack was well implemented in the 90th minute, but when Christoff Stocks was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Evaristo Velasco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christoff Stocks in the 93rd minute. Guido Txindoki hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. AFC FUSION's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
