An unexpectedly hard shot by Harun Elçin in the 10th minute of play forced Areco FC's goalkeeper Gabriel Urtats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Areco FC's goalkeeper Gabriel Urtats, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gabriel Urtats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Cristi in the 29th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldo Cristi in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Urtats prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rd minute Equipo were awarded a corner. Raul Vigil went to the cornerflag to take it. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Harun Elçin advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-2 in the 34th minute. In the 36th match minute, Equipo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Léo Barros to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute, Nói Ado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Equipo were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronaldo Cristi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Ronaldo Cristi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gabriel Urtats. That made the score 0-3 in the 54 minute of play. After 58 minutes, Ronaldo Cristi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Equipo and the Areco FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 58 played minutes Equipo got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldo Cristi. Ismael Furman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Cristofor in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Areco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Harun Elçin came free, but Gabriel Urtats reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute of the match Equipo got a corner. Areco FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Raul Vigil ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronaldo Cristi got free with Gabriel Urtats in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Equipo's Ronaldo Cristi in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Gabriel Urtats took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldo Cristi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Areco FC's Ismael Barros got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute Equipo were awarded a corner. Raul Vigil went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Equipo's corner Baldomero Bras fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gabriel Urtats quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, Areco FC's Tor Kämpe got a free kick in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Areco FC's goalkeeper Gabriel Urtats had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronaldo Cristi. After taking down the ball on Equipo's corner Raul Vigil fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gabriel Urtats quite easily take care of the ball.
