It was a well-played corner which Germano Bettencourt managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Zachariasz Dudkowski came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by AFC FUSION's Lino Rios. But to his dismay, Lino Rios quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A sloppy throw-in by Loco Ron in the 16th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AFC FUSION's Wojciech Fiszer. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Rios in the 19th minute of play forced CRUZ DEL SUR's goalkeeper Zachariasz Dudkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, CRUZ DEL SUR's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Rios came free, but Zachariasz Dudkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Rios in the 26th minute of play forced CRUZ DEL SUR's goalkeeper Zachariasz Dudkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd match minute, AFC FUSION was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wojciech Fiszer to maneuver through the defense. Augusto Estefan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roberto Eztebe having to make a save. Roberto Eztebe made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Augusto Estefan sent off a good shot on target. Fan Yong Zhan made in the 39th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by AFC FUSION's Wojciech Fiszer. Zachariasz Dudkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Rios in the 42nd minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Augusto Estefan was the one to do the kick off. Augusto Estefan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Eztebe having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Dawid Beckham was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AFC FUSION's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CRUZ DEL SUR the free kick. CRUZ DEL SUR made a substitution. Eustacio Antonucci replaced Abundio Manzano. The supporters of CRUZ DEL SUR booed when AFC FUSION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dawid Beckham didn't get a good kick on the ball. CRUZ DEL SUR's Pippin Aguilera got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roberto Eztebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pippin Aguilera, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Roberto Eztebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Antonucci in the 75th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Pippin Aguilera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CRUZ DEL SUR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. AFC FUSION's Christoff Stocks was substituted for Lino Rios. 86 minutes into the game, CRUZ DEL SUR's Pippin Aguilera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roberto Eztebe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. CRUZ DEL SUR's Eustacio Antonucci got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roberto Eztebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustacio Antonucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Artaç Yavuzalp hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Roberto Eztebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Antonucci in the 92nd minute of the match. Fabio Zorondo scored 4-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roberto Eztebe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. AFC FUSION's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
