Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Gaona got the match started through his kick off. The Pilar FC fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Pilar FC's Candido Hendrickx looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sixto Luke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pilar FC's Sixto Luke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 19th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Tafalla in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sixto Luke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 29 minutes, Hugo Villaverde mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pilar FC and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hugo Villaverde hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Sixto Luke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute Candido Hendrickx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Leonardo Leoz threw the ball into play from the sideline. Pilar FC's Eustacio Baldovino quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Gaona in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sixto Luke saved Pilar FC from getting behind. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Candido Hendrickx in the 44th minute. Mexico's attack was well implemented in the 48th minute, but when Joel Gaona was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Candido Hendrickx made a kick off. Pilar FC's Sixto Luke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 55th minute of play. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candido Hendrickx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 66th minute of play forced Pilar FC's goalkeeper Sixto Luke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Pilar FC's Alejandro Gai got a free kick in the 67th minute. Pilar FC made a substitution. Luca Langoni replaced Martin Benítez. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Pilar FC's Nicanor Illan. But to his dismay, Nicanor Illan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 73 minutes into the match, Pilar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Sixto Luke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sixto Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 75th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Langoni in the 89th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Langoni came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pilar FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
