Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Joel Gaona made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 13th minute, Felix Luque left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 16th minute of play forced Altermundi FC's goalkeeper Candido Piedra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Candido Piedra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Altermundi FC defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Candido Piedra. The Altermundi FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Candido Piedra should have stopped the shot. Candido Piedra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Visen Allu sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Altermundi FC's Sergiu Zgrăbunţa got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gerónimo Molina to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Visen Allu in the 52nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Piedra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Sergiu Zgrăbunţa came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Altermundi FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. 67 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Candido Piedra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 minutes of play, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Candido Piedra was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 73rd play minute Lautaro Mancebo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Candido Piedra. 0-5. Candido Piedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 83rd minute of play. In the 88th minute, Lautaro Mancebo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. The supporters of Altermundi FC booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Facundo Cadaval didn't get a good kick on the ball. Candido Piedra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 94th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 96th minute of play forced Altermundi FC's goalkeeper Candido Piedra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Altermundi FC.
