Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 邓真义. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Talib Temelj, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 29 minutes, Silvio Foro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Psycho-Circus and the Colombia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Psycho-Circus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Foro to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute of the match Axel Montenegro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but 邓真义 skillfully saved the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Joshua Garrido notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Psycho-Circus's 邓真义. 邓真义 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 42 minutes Colombia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Andres Calamaro who took care of the corner kick. Pedro Manzanares stood somewhat misplaced when 武 杨广 came free in front of goal and shot 2-2 to the left of him in the 44 minute. Psycho-Circus's Claudio-Paul Caniggia was substituted for Talib Temelj. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Calamaro came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, 武 杨广 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. After having played for 75 minutes, Claudio-Paul Caniggia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Psycho-Circus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudio-Paul Caniggia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 武 杨广 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 91st minute Claudio-Paul Caniggia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexis MacAlister charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexis MacAlister the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Colombia booed when Psycho-Circus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexis MacAlister didn't get a good kick on the ball.
