Julian Murillo started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Murillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 邓真义 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when 武 杨广 tried to sneak it across the goal line. 邓真义 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 12th minute of play forced Psycho-Circus's goalkeeper 邓真义 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 邓真义 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 13th minute of play. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 邓真义 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. When Peru's Julian Murillo in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Psycho-Circus's goalie prevented a goal. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Psycho-Circus's goalkeeper 邓真义, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 邓真义 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moises Gayoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when 武 杨广 tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 32nd match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luz Tejedor to maneuver through the defense. The throw-in from Taniel Jaanovits in the 34th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Joaquin Prats. 36 minutes into the match, Psycho-Circus's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but 邓真义 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julian Murillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 邓真义 having to interfere. Psycho-Circus's Claudio-Paul Caniggia was substituted for Talib Temelj. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claudio-Paul Caniggia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Peru's Julian Murillo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind 邓真义. 邓真义 yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 武 杨广's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. 邓真义 made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Milagros Fraga sent off a good shot on target. 57 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of 邓真义, 0-2. Moises Gayoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 邓真义 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ähsän Xudadverdiyev hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Taniel Jaanovits in the 67th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. In the 70th minute, Peru's Julian Murillo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind 邓真义. 邓真义 yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. A collision led to Psycho-Circus getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Andres Calamaro hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Julian Murillo took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for 邓真义 to make any attempt to save it. Psycho-Circus made a substitution. Alexis MacAlister replaced Adolfo Salvino. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Psycho-Circus's Luis Zárate was substituted for Andres Calamaro. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Čubrilo Romero, made in the 83rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Gallo in the 85th minute of play forced Psycho-Circus's goalkeeper 邓真义 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Taniel Jaanovits made a throw-in in the 86th minute of the game. The throw-in from Taniel Jaanovits in the 89th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Joaquin Prats. 邓真义 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Gallo in the 93rd minute of the match. The Peru supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Peru would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
