With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Christer Vig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 32nd minute of play. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. La Baguet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Ecuador played a much better game than 『盛世メ名門』Super❆雪域苍狼❆ and deserved their victory. The 『盛世メ名門』Super❆雪域苍狼❆ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
